Smith Cresent has blessed us before with a couple of gems but this one might just be our favourite. Pure seventies joy over 3, unmolested levels and solid construction, this one is all at once a sophisticated city pad and warm cocoon of timber and brick. This already stunning residence would come up a treat with a (very) retrained hand and, ideally, an expert guide who sees fit to celebrate the later Mid-Century origins and vibe here, and not simply slater it in white paint, glossy tile and repellant tinted glazing.
