We apologize that our archives are in a present state of flux (3000 listings over 11 years being presently uploaded elsewhere – bear with us!) for we’d love to show you another example of this wild buttercup kitchen in an almost identical home of mission beamed horizontals and expanses of cream walls and windows, we posted last year (though it was luckily without the plasticine render job this one has endured). Alas, we are adrift. This one is sure to be a Pettit and Sevitt is a project home plan (dubbed ‘ Growth House’ – their most popular plan apparently) designed rather by Cocks and Charmichael Architects for Civic Constructions c.1976. We are safe in the knowledge that its 1970s origins have been confirmed, in this case by MCM project home doyen, Steven Coverdale over at at MCDA.
