Another Aus/US MCM blend this week with this gorgeous split-level home whose (unknown) architect was undoubtedly touched by the local Sydney School philosophy of material, form, and orientation but which also hints at East Coast Shaker traditions of simple limewashed walls and timber-framed interiors – Greenwich indeed. Bare-bones sublime and in beautifully intact condition we’re sure this one will have the die-hards lining up for a sticky (and hitting up the lucky shop) come Saturday morning.
